CRUMBS on tour 2008

Oh Toronto,

You are so cold and grey, well, at least you were while i was there. CRUMBS had a stay that did not mirror the weather though. We had a great time performing with the local geniuses and the visiting players. Yes, we again took home the Catch 23 World Championships, but more importantly we have again cracked the hard to form smile on the stone face of Toronto in general. We leave the big smoke (link big smoke nickname) with another feather in our cap and some more wind beneath our sails... dirty Toronto wind. Now it is time for Catch 23 to continue bringing the awesome to Toronto every week.

Now it is time to throw our attention towards the European shores. CRUMBS again hops over the pond and lands with both feet ready in the city of Berlin (link berlin). We are there for the Berlin International Improv Festival (link biif) which is one of the biggest improv festivals in the world. We will be doing improv shows with some pretty awesome players and for some of the very best audiences in the world... that's right, the Berlin audiences are amazing.

First we do shows in Berlin, then we shift into European touring mode... road mode.

this is where i would link all of our shows in europe, but the link that i had seems to be missing our shows now... (this is the best link i can find) i will update when a better link shows up. till then we are performing at the Berlin International Improv Festival.

CRUMBS at Catch23 TOW 2008

Well well

Fun times again had in Toronto with all the great people at Catch23. TOW means Tournament of Wonders and this week has been full of as much wonder as a Triceracorn could offer.

We showed up at their first ever TOW in 2005 and we walked away with the severed head of a unicorn after battling it out with team Calgary, team Vancouver and many more foes.

Fast forward to now and we have again reclaimed what was always ours... the stuffed head of a unicorn mounted to cardboard. That and the World Champion status.

Thank you to all the greatness of Catch 23 for making us who we are.

Crumbs in Catch 23

Well, CRUMBs have been having some fun in Toronto yet again. And after a couple nights of playing some make'em up skits we are moving on to the FINALS. It turns out that The General Fools and the Calgary team threw the match so we could move on (we got the pity spot) so now it is time to up our game for the FINALS (like i said).

The finals are held on Saturday night at 1087 Queen St W

CRUMBS will also be having fun on Sunday night at Clinton's for the Ghost Jail show. And then the next night (which is Monday for all you people "lost in the week") we will be returning to the Clinton's for the audience appreciation show at Clinton's (this means the show is free).

This is our last little kicks at the can here in Toronto before we go rocketing across the Atlantic. We then start right into our European tour by performing in the Berlin International Improv Festival.

CRUMBS on Tour 2008

CRUMBS will be going on tour yet again. This time we will be going to Toronto, Berlin, throughout Germany, into Switzerland, Austria, Slovenia and even the Netherlands. Be sure to catch all the shows and ride the planes and trains with us.
